Miles Overview
The RAV4 is Toyota's compact SUV, a practical choice that competes with the Honda CR-V and Ford Escape. It handles nimbly and feels light on its feet, making it easy to maneuver in tight spots and park in crowded lots. Inside, you get a roomy cabin with generous legroom and a large cargo area, plus a handy extra trunk compartment. Owners report that this generation is durable and dependable, though some mention squeaks and recalls as minor annoyances. Stepping up to the Limited adds leather upholstery, a power driver seat, and automatic climate control, giving it a more upscale feel than the Standard or Sport trims. This Limited packs the 3.5L V6 with 269 horsepower and an automatic transmission, making it noticeably quicker than the base four-cylinder RAV4s. With four-wheel drive, this Limited handles snow and gravel with confidence, though the ride is a bit firmer than the front-drive versions.
