Miles Overview
The RX 350L is Lexus's three-row version of its popular mid-size SUV, adding a third seat for families that need the extra room. If you're cross-shopping, it lines up against the Acura MDX and the Infiniti QX60, both of which offer similar three-row layouts. It drives with the smooth, quiet composure Lexus is known for, though the extra length makes it feel a bit more ponderous than the standard RX. Inside, the cabin is plush and well-built, with soft-touch materials everywhere and a third row that's best left for kids or occasional use. Ventilated front seats and the larger 12.3-inch display set the Luxury apart from the Premium trim below it. The 3.5L V6 makes 295 horsepower and sends it through a eight-speed automatic to the front wheels, which is enough for relaxed passing but not what you'd call quick. Fuel economy comes in at 22 mpg combined, and the Luxury's standard adaptive suspension helps smooth out the longer wheelbase's extra heft.
