Miles Overview
The LX 600 is Lexus's full-size luxury SUV, the one that competes with the Land Cruiser and Range Rover rather than the RX. The ride is smooth and quiet, though the F-Sport's stiffer suspension trades some comfort for sharper handling. Inside, the cabin is plush and roomy, with seating for up to seven and a cargo area that swallows luggage for a week-long trip. The Luxury trim is the one to pick if you want the LX's quiet, plush ride without the F-Sport's firmer suspension, and it still keeps the full suite of luxury touches. Under the hood, the 3.4L V6 makes 409 horsepower and pairs with a ten-speed automatic and four-wheel drive, which is plenty of muscle for towing or highway cruising, though expect 19 mpg combined at the pump. The Luxury trim adds adaptive variable suspension, which lets you soften the ride further on rough pavement, a nice upgrade over the base model's fixed setup.
