Miles Overview
The GX 460 is Lexus's body-on-frame SUV, the one that still feels like a proper truck underneath its luxury skin. It's a relaxed cruiser that swallows highway miles, and its off-road hardware means it'll handle a dirt road without breaking a sweat. The ride is smooth and quiet, though you'll feel the occasional bump from the solid rear axle. Inside, you get a plush cabin with real wood trim and seating for seven, though the third row is best left for kids. The Base trim is for buyers who want the GX's rugged capability and Lexus refinement without paying for the Premium's extra luxury touches. Its 4.6L V8 makes 301 horsepower and 329 lb-ft of torque, paired with a six-speed automatic and all-wheel drive, and it'll return 17 mpg combined.
