Miles Overview
The NX is Lexus's compact luxury crossover, the smallest SUV in their lineup and a direct rival to the Audi Q5 and BMW X3. The NX feels eager and light on its feet around town, with quick steering that makes it easy to place in tight spots. The ride is on the firm side, which keeps body roll in check but means you'll feel sharper bumps on rough pavement. Inside, the cabin is trimmed with soft-touch materials and offers a comfortable, well-bolstered front seat for long drives. The Luxury trim is the mid-grade NX, adding leather upholstery and a power liftgate over the base model while skipping the F Sport's sportier suspension. The 2.0L I4 makes 235 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque, routed through a six-speed automatic to all-wheel drive, which gives it sure-footed traction in rain or light snow. The Luxury trim can be optioned with a panoramic moonroof that brightens the cabin, but the fixed glass eats into headroom for taller drivers.
