Miles Overview
The NX is Lexus's compact luxury SUV, the one you'll cross-shop with the BMW X3 and Audi Q5. It's a relaxed cruiser that glides over bumps, though the steering is light and not especially talkative. The cabin is quiet and well built, with comfortable seats and a 14-inch touchscreen on upper trims. Cargo space is adequate for the class, and the rear seats fold flat for longer loads. Stepping up to the Luxury trim adds real leather upholstery, a power tilt-and-tilt moonroof, and a 14-inch touchscreen that the Premium doesn't get. The hybrid powertrain pairs a 2.5L I4 hybrid with a continuously variable automatic for seamless acceleration, and the EPA rates it at 39 mpg combined. The Luxury trim's available adaptive suspension gives you a noticeably more controlled ride, though it's a cost option you'll want to tick.
