Miles Overview
The UX is Lexus's smallest crossover, a compact wagon-like hatch that's easy to park and ideal for city driving. It's not quick, but the UX feels light and eager in tight corners, with a ride that's on the firm side for a Lexus. Inside, the cabin is typically Lexus-quiet and well-built, though rear legroom and cargo space are tight for the class. The standard 7-inch display and touchpad controller take some getting used to, but the UX offers Apple CarPlay and a host of safety tech. Stepping up to the F Sport adds firmer suspension tuning, sport seats, and a mesh grille that gives the UX a sharper look than the base model. The same 2.0L I4 and automatic transmission carry over, making this F Sport front-wheel drive with 33 mpg combined and a willing, if not quick, character. The F Sport's suspension is noticeably stiffer than the standard car, which tightens body control but makes the ride feel firmer over broken pavement.
