Miles Overview
Inside, you get a quiet, well-built cabin with supportive seats and a surprising amount of cargo space for a small hatchback. The Premium trim adds heated front seats, a power moonroof, and upgraded interior trim over the base CT 200h. Its hybrid 1.8L I4 hybrid makes a modest 134 horsepower, and the CVT moves smoothly through stop-and-go traffic to return 42 mpg combined. A navigation system with a 7-inch display was available on the Premium, and it included Lexus's Enform telematics suite.
