Miles Overview
Inside, the cabin is typical Lexus: well-built, with comfortable seats and a surprisingly upscale feel for a compact hatch. The Premium is the sole trim for the CT 200h, so choosing it means getting the full Lexus hybrid experience with standard luxuries like dual-zone climate control and a premium sound system. Under the hood, the hybrid 1.8L I4 hybrid pairs with 98 horsepower and a automatic transmission to deliver an EPA-rated 42 mpg combined, making it one of the most fuel-efficient luxury cars you can buy. A Drive Mode Select system lets you toggle between Eco, Normal, and Sport modes, sharpening throttle response and steering feel when you want a bit more engagement.
