Miles Overview
The IS is Lexus's compact sport sedan, the one that goes up against the BMW 3 Series and Audi A4. It's one of the last true driver's sedans in its class, with sharp steering and a balanced chassis that makes back roads fun. The ride is firm but composed, so you feel the road without being beaten up on a long commute. Inside, the cabin is snug for a sedan this size, but the front seats are comfortable and the materials feel upscale. The F Sport adds sport seats, a unique grille, and a thicker steering wheel over the base IS, giving the cabin a more aggressive feel. Its 3.5L V6 makes 311 horsepower and pairs with a six-speed automatic and all-wheel drive, delivering smooth power and confident grip in all weather. The F Sport's adaptive variable suspension is a worthwhile option, tightening up the ride for twisty roads without ruining daily comfort.
