Miles Overview
The LS 460 is Lexus's flagship sedan, the one that goes up against the German luxury big boys with a quieter, softer approach. It's a big car that glides rather than hustles, with a smooth, effortless feel that makes long highway miles disappear. The ride is exceptionally plush, soaking up bumps that would upset lesser luxury cars, and the cabin stays library-quiet. Inside, the LS 460 treats you to rich leather, real wood trim, and rear seats that are genuinely comfortable for adults. Stepping up to the all-wheel-drive LS 460 gives you the same 4.6L V8 and 385 horsepower as the rear-drive car, with extra traction for wet or snowy roads. The AWD system adds a bit of weight and drops fuel economy to 18 mpg combined, but the ride stays just as quiet and the V8 still pulls smoothly.
