Miles Overview
The LS 460 is Lexus's full-size flagship sedan, the car that established the brand's reputation for quiet luxury. It's a big sedan that feels more at home gliding than hustling, with a smooth and effortless character that suits long-distance cruising. The cabin is exceptionally quiet and trimmed in high-quality materials, with generous space for four adults and a large trunk. Standard tech includes a 12.3-inch display, navigation, and a premium audio system, though the infotainment interface can be finicky to use. The AWD version adds all-weather traction and is the way to go if you live where snow falls, though you give up a few horsepower versus the rear-drive car. The 4.6L V8 makes 360 horsepower and pairs with a eight-speed automatic that shifts so smoothly you barely notice it, and the all-wheel drive keeps you planted on wet or icy roads. The AWD model's ride is still very compliant, though the added weight of the system is felt in the steering feel around town.
