Miles Overview
The IS is Lexus's compact sport sedan, the one that goes up against the BMW 3 Series and Audi A4. It's the rare small sedan that still feels genuinely athletic, with sharp steering and a chassis that loves a back road. The ride is on the firm side, which is the trade for how well it corners, but the cabin stays quiet at highway speeds. Inside, the cabin is snug for a compact sedan, and the touchscreen infotainment finally works with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The Comfort trim skips the Premium's sport seats and F Sport styling, saving you money while keeping the same powertrain. Its 2.0L I4 makes 241 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque, routed through an eight-speed automatic to the rear wheels, and returns 25 mpg combined.
