Miles Overview
The ES is Lexus's mid-size luxury sedan, the one most people cross-shop with the Acura TLX and Buick LaCrosse. It's tuned for smooth, unhurried progress rather than sporty thrills, and the steering is light and easy around town. The ride is genuinely plush, soaking up bumps that would jostle you in a firmer sedan. Inside, the cabin is roomy and quiet, with soft-touch materials and a back seat that fits three adults comfortably. Standard NuLuxe upholstery and the 7-inch display audio system set the 350 apart from the ES 300h hybrid, which adds regenerative braking and higher fuel economy. Its 3.5L V6 makes 268 horsepower and pairs with a six-speed automatic, delivering smooth, quiet acceleration that feels effortless on the highway. The 350's standard 17-inch wheels and all-season tires prioritize ride comfort over cornering grip, so expect a soft, isolated feel on rough pavement.
