Miles Overview
The IS is Lexus's compact sport sedan, the one that goes up against the BMW 3 Series and Audi A4. It's the rare small sedan that still feels genuinely sporty, with sharp steering and a rear-drive balance that makes it fun on a back road. The cabin is snug and driver-focused, with high-quality materials, though rear legroom is tight for adults. You get a large touchscreen with standard Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, plus the Lexus Safety System+ 3.0 suite. The 300 trim gets the sedan started with the 2.0L I4, eight-speed automatic, and two-wheel drive, while the F Sport Design steps up to a V6 and all-wheel drive. The 2.0L I4 makes 241 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque, routed through an eight-speed automatic to the rear wheels, and returns 25 mpg combined.
