Miles Overview
The FJ Cruiser is Toyota's throwback off-roader, built on the same platform as the 4Runner but with a shorter wheelbase and a more playful personality. It's genuinely capable on trails thanks to its stout frame, generous ground clearance, and available locking rear differential. The cabin is functional and easy to hose out, with a flat floor and fold-flat rear seats that make it surprisingly practical for gear. The suicide-style rear doors and small rear windows make back-seat access tight, and outward visibility is limited by the thick roof pillars.
