Miles Overview
The M45 is Infiniti's full-size luxury sedan, a rear-drive alternative to the BMW 5 Series and Mercedes E-Class. The interior is well-finished with soft materials, and the Bose stereo fills the space without distortion. Owners report the turning radius is wide, making tight parking lots a chore, but mechanical issues are rare with routine maintenance. The Sport trim sharpens the M45 with firmer suspension and bigger wheels, trading some ride comfort for tighter handling. Its 4.5L V8 makes 335 horsepower and 340 lb-ft of torque, and the five-speed automatic and rear-wheel drive give it a strong, smooth push that feels quicker than the numbers suggest. The Sport's stiffer springs and active damping mean you feel bumps more, but the payoff is flat cornering and a steering wheel that talks to you.
