Miles Overview
The Murano is Nissan's mid-size crossover, the one you cross-shop with the Ford Edge and Toyota Venza. It drives smoothly and quietly, with a comfortable ride that soaks up bumps well. Inside, you get a roomy cabin with comfortable seating for five and a versatile cargo area with folding rear seats. Some owners mention interior trim pieces that can crack or peel, and a few report issues with the air conditioning. The S is the entry-level Murano, so you give up features like leather upholstery and a power liftgate to keep the price lower. Its 3.5L I6 pairs with an automatic transmission and two-wheel drive, which is fine for daily driving but you won't get the all-weather traction of an AWD model.
