Miles Overview
The Armada is Nissan's full-size, body-on-frame SUV, the one that seats eight and is built for towing and family hauling rather than city parking. The cabin is roomy and comfortable for seven or eight, with power-folding rear seats and a decent amount of cargo space behind the third row. Owners consistently note the fuel consumption is heavy, so budget for frequent fill-ups if you're covering a lot of miles. The Platinum is the top-trim Armada, the one you pick for leather seats, a Bose audio system, and a power moonroof over the SL. Its 5.6L V8 makes 390 horsepower and 394 lb-ft of torque, paired with a seven-speed automatic and rear-wheel drive, and returns 16 mpg combined.
