Miles Overview
The 2024 Z is Nissan's dedicated two-seat sports coupe, the modern successor to the long-running Z-car line. It's a proper driver's car, with sharp steering and a lively rear-drive chassis that rewards an enthusiastic right foot. The cabin is snug but well laid out, with supportive seats and a straightforward control layout that puts driving first. Expect typical sports-car running costs: premium fuel, higher insurance, and tires that won't last forever. The Nismo sits above the Sport and Performance trims, adding more power, track-focused hardware, and a sharper look for buyers who want the hardest-core Z. Its 3.0L V6 makes 420 horsepower and 384 lb-ft of torque, routed through a nine-speed automatic to the rear wheels, and it'll return 19 mpg combined if you keep your foot out of it. Only the Nismo gets upgraded brakes, Recaro seats, and a unique exhaust note that makes the engine sound angrier than the standard car.
