Miles Overview
The 350Z is Nissan's two-seat sports car, offered as a coupe or convertible for 2004. It's a joy to drive, with quick acceleration, tight handling, and a responsive feel that makes it easy to zip through traffic. The cabin is snug, with enough legroom for taller drivers, but interior plastics can chip and wear over time. Common issues include interior trim paint chipping, tire pressure sensor glitches, and occasional electrical quirks like a flashing airbag light. The Enthusiast trim adds a limited-slip differential and a strut tower brace over the base Touring, sharpening the handling for a more engaging drive. Its 3.5L V6 makes 287 horsepower and 274 lb-ft of torque, routed through a five-speed automatic to the rear wheels, giving it strong acceleration and a lively character. The convertible body adds open-air fun, but expect the ride to be a bit stiffer than the coupe's and the trunk space is tight at 6.8 cubic feet of cargo space.
