2013 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring

The CX-5 is Mazda's compact crossover, the one that brought the brand's fun-to-drive character to the SUV world. It's genuinely enjoyable to drive, with sharp steering and a willing feel that makes it stand out among small SUVs. The cabin is nicely put together for the price, with available leather and a Bose stereo, but road noise is noticeable on the highway. Fold the rear seats and there's room for a bike or a load of camping gear, though back-seat legroom is tight for taller passengers. The Grand Touring is the top CX-5 trim, adding leather seats, a power driver's seat, and a Bose stereo over the Touring and Sport. Its 2.0L I4 makes 155 horsepower and 150 lb-ft of torque, paired with the six-speed automatic and all-wheel drive, which returns 28 mpg combined. The Grand Touring's available navigation system includes a larger touchscreen, a feature the lower trims don't offer.
