Miles Overview
The MX-5 Miata is Mazda's two-seat roadster, the affordable convertible that's been the benchmark for pure driving fun for decades. It's a joy to drive, with a light, tossable feel and a manual gearbox that's a delight to shift. The ride is firm and the cabin is snug, which is the trade-off for a car that corners so eagerly. It's a two-seat convertible with a small trunk, so it's a weekend toy rather than a daily hauler. The Club sits between the base Sport and the luxury-oriented Grand Touring, adding a limited-slip differential and Bilstein dampers for sharper handling. Its 2.0L I4 revs eagerly to redline, and the six-speed manual has short, precise throws that make every shift an event. The Club is the only trim that can be had with the Brembo/BBS/Recaro package, which adds bigger brakes, forged wheels, and grippier seats.
