Miles Overview
The Mazda6 is Mazda's mid-size sedan, a more engaging alternative to the Camry and Accord. It's genuinely fun to drive, with sharp steering and a firm but compliant ride that makes it a joy on twisty roads. Inside, the cabin feels upscale for the price, with comfortable seats and a clean, driver-focused layout. Reliability is generally strong, though some owners have reported minor electrical glitches and infotainment quirks. Its 2.5L I4 makes 227 horsepower and 310 lb-ft of torque, giving it genuinely brisk acceleration, and the six-speed automatic is responsive when you push it. The Grand Touring rides on 19-inch wheels that sharpen the handling, though the ride is a bit firmer than the Touring's 17s.
