Miles Overview
The Mazda6 is Mazda's mid-size sedan, a more engaging alternative to the Camry and Accord for drivers who want style and handling. It's genuinely fun to drive, with responsive steering and a firm but compliant suspension that makes it feel lighter than it is. Inside, the cabin is upscale for the class, with comfortable seats and a clean layout, though some trims use vinyl instead of leather. Some owners report the front camera for safety features can disable temporarily after the car sits in the sun, and a few mention electrical gremlins. The I Touring adds 19-inch wheels, blind-spot monitoring, and leatherette seats over the base Sport, making it the sweet spot for daily comfort and safety. Its 2.5L I4 makes 184 horsepower and returns 31 mpg combined, which is genuinely good for a mid-size sedan that still feels eager to rev.
