Miles Overview
The 2014 Mazda3 is Mazda's compact car, offered as a sedan or hatchback, and it goes up against the Honda Civic and Toyota Corolla. It's genuinely fun to drive, with quick steering and a chassis that feels eager through corners, though the ride is on the firm side. Inside, the cabin is well laid out with quality materials, but the back seat is snug and road noise is noticeable at highway speeds. Owners praise its low maintenance and durable interior, though some have reported easily cracked windshields and tire wear if rotations are skipped. Stepping up to the S Grand Touring adds the larger 2.5L engine and leather upholstery, plus a Bose audio system and a sunroof that the S Touring doesn't offer.
