Miles Overview
It's not quick, but the Insight handles with a light, nimble feel that makes it easy to dart through city traffic. The hatchback body gives you a surprising amount of cargo room for such a small car, especially with the rear seats folded down. Owners note the small tires wear out faster than average, and the air conditioning can struggle when you're sitting still in traffic. Upgrading from the LX to the EX adds a rearview camera, a 160-watt audio system with six speakers, and steering-wheel-mounted audio controls. The 1.3L I4 hybrid and automatic transmission send 98 horsepower to the front-wheel drive, and you'll see 41 mpg combined in real-world driving.
