Miles Overview
The S2000 is Honda's two-seat roadster, a convertible built purely for driving joy rather than practicality. It's a car that rewards smooth inputs, with razor-sharp steering and a chassis that feels perfectly balanced. The handling is the headline here, and the car stays composed through corners, though the rear can step out if you're too eager in the wet. The cockpit is snug and focused, with a digital tachometer that sweeps toward a nine-thousand-rpm redline, but cargo space is minimal. A high-revving 2.0L I4 and a close-ratio six-speed manual set the S2000 apart from any other Honda in the 2000 lineup. That 2.0L I4 makes 240 horsepower and loves to be wound out, with the six-speed manual rewarding every shift through its mechanical gate. The convertible top is manual and quick to operate, though the cabin gets noisy at highway speeds.
