Miles Overview
The S2000 is Honda's two-seat roadster, built to celebrate the company's 50th anniversary and aimed squarely at enthusiasts who want a pure, lightweight sports car. With its high-revving engine and near-perfect 50/50 weight distribution, the S2000 feels alive and eager, rewarding smooth inputs and precise throttle control. The handling is razor-sharp and communicative, letting you feel exactly what the tires are doing, though the rear end can get loose in the wet if you're not careful. Inside, the cabin is snug but well-made, with a digital dash that sweeps to a 9,000-rpm redline, and the manual top is one of the quickest of its era. The S2000 came as a single no-compromise trim, so picking one means you get Honda's fully loaded roadster from day one.
