Miles Overview
The 2013 Forester is Subaru's compact SUV, a practical pick for buyers who need all-weather capability without a big footprint. The cabin is straightforward and a bit dated, but the rear seat folds flat easily and the cargo area swallows gear for a family trip. Owners report strong reliability, with the main gripes being soft paint and a windshield that can crack on rough roads. Its 2.5L I4 pairs with an {automatic transmission} and all-wheel drive, delivering smooth, predictable power that's plenty for daily driving and light off-road use.
