2021 Subaru Crosstrek Sport

The Crosstrek is Subaru's compact crossover, the one that shares its bones with the Impreza hatchback and is often cross-shopped with the Honda HR-V and Toyota Corolla Cross. It feels light and nimble around town, with a ride that's a bit firm but composed on rough pavement. Inside, you get a straightforward dashboard with easy-to-use controls, and the rear seats fold flat to open up a generous cargo area for its size. EyeSight driver assistance is standard on most trims, bringing adaptive cruise control and lane-keeping assist to the compact crossover class. The Sport trim is for buyers who want the rugged look of the Outdoor trim's styling without stepping up to the Limited's leather and bigger screen. It uses the same 2.0L I4 making 152 horsepower paired with the automatic transmission and all-wheel drive, which is adequate for daily driving but feels strained on steep highway grades.
