Miles Overview
The 2019 Crosstrek is a compact crossover that blends Subaru's all-weather capability with a car-like footprint, slotting below the Forester in the lineup. It competes with the Honda HR-V, Toyota C-HR, and Jeep Compass, but its standard all-wheel drive and ground clearance give it an edge off the pavement. The Crosstrek handles with a light, agile feel, and the standard all-wheel drive provides sure-footed traction in rain, snow, or on gravel. The ride is on the firm side, which keeps body roll in check but lets some road imperfections through; it's a trade-off for the car's agility. The base 2.0i skips the Premium's alloy wheels and upgraded upholstery, saving you about a thousand dollars. Its 2.0L I4 makes 152 horsepower and 145 lb-ft of torque, paired with a six-speed manual that gives you full control of the powerband.
