Miles Overview
The BRZ is Subaru's rear-wheel-drive coupe, a lightweight sports car built for driving joy rather than practicality. With a low center of gravity and quick steering, it feels eager and nimble on twisty roads, rewarding smooth inputs. The ride is firm and the cabin is snug, so it's best as a second car or a weekend toy rather than a daily commuter. Subaru's reputation for durability carries over here, though the BRZ has had a few reports of transmission and engine issues in earlier years. The Limited is the pricier BRZ, adding bigger wheels, heated seats, and a nicer sound system over the Premium. The Limited's standard 18-inch wheels and Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tires give it extra grip, but the ride is noticeably stiffer than the Premium's.
