Miles Overview
The 2016 STI is Subaru's rally-bred performance sedan, the one enthusiasts pick when they want the full motorsport character. It's a sharp, focused driver's car, with a manual gearbox and a chassis that rewards an experienced hand. The ride is firm and the cabin is a bit loud, which is the trade for how connected it feels. The STI is the top WRX trim, so you give up a softer ride and better fuel economy for the full rally-bred experience. Its 2.5L I4 makes 305 horsepower and 290 lb-ft of torque, routed through a six-speed manual and all-wheel drive that deliver urgent, connected driving. The STI's adjustable center differential and active torque vectoring let you dial in the cornering behavior more than any WRX can.
