Miles Overview
The 2017 WRX is Subaru's compact performance sedan, the everyday car that still delivers rally-bred thrills. It corners flat and communicates through the steering, making you feel connected to the road. The ride is firm, which is the trade-off for that sharp handling, so you'll feel most bumps. The cabin is functional and driver-focused, with supportive seats and a straightforward layout. The Base is the entry point to the WRX lineup, sitting below the Premium and Limited trims and giving up niceties like fog lights and a sunroof for a lower starting price. Its 2.0L I4 makes 268 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque, routed through a six-speed manual to all-wheel drive, and it returns 23 mpg combined.
