Miles Overview
It's a smooth, sure-footed ride, especially in rain or snow, and the steering feels direct enough to make corners fun. Inside, you get a roomy cabin for a small car, with a big trunk and fold-flat rear seats that make it easy to haul gear. Owners report few issues, though some mention road noise at highway speeds and stock tires that wear out quicker than expected. The 2.0i is the base Impreza, skipping the Sport's firmer suspension and the Limited's leather seats to keep the price low. Its 2.0L I4 pairs with a automatic transmission and all-wheel drive, giving you predictable traction in rain or snow without the fuel penalty of a heavier SUV.
