Miles Overview
The Outlander is Mitsubishi's compact SUV, a roomy five-seater that can squeeze in a third row when you need it. It rides smoothly, soaking up rough construction zones without fuss, though it's not quick when you need to merge. There's plenty of space for five and their gear, plus a power liftgate and folding seats make hauling easy. Some owners mention intermittent electrical gremlins like a finicky key fob or an airbag warning light. A more powerful V6 and standard all-wheel drive set the GT apart from the four-cylinder Outlander trims below it. Its 3.0L V6 makes 224 horsepower and pairs with a six-speed automatic, giving you confident passing power on the highway that the base engine lacks. The GT's standard all-wheel drive and firmer suspension tune make it feel more planted in corners than the front-drive SEL.
