Miles Overview
The Outlander is Mitsubishi's compact SUV, a roomy five-seater with an optional third row in some trims. It's not quick, but the ride is smooth and the steering is light, making it easy to maneuver around town. The cabin is straightforward and practical, with plenty of space for five adults and their gear. Second-row seats fold flat to open up a large cargo area, and some trims add a third row for extra passengers. The SEL sits above the ES and LE, adding niceties like leather upholstery and a power driver's seat that the base trims skip. Its 2.4L I4 makes 166 horsepower and pairs with a automatic transmission, which is adequate for daily driving but not quick off the line.
