The Eclipse Cross is Mitsubishi's compact SUV, slotting between the smaller Outlander Sport and the larger Outlander. It competes with the Honda HR-V, Toyota Corolla Cross, and Subaru Crosstrek, offering standard all-wheel drive on every trim. The ride is composed and the steering is light, making it easy to maneuver in the city, though the engine can feel strained under hard acceleration. The cabin is roomy for four adults, and the rear seats slide to free up cargo space when you need it. The Ralliart gets a set of 18-inch black wheels, red stitching on the seats and steering wheel, and Ralliart-specific exterior trim that a base ES doesn't carry. Its 1.5L I4 makes 152 horsepower and 184 lb-ft of torque, sent through a CVT with eight simulated steps and all-wheel drive that includes Active Yaw Control.
