Miles Overview
The Outlander is Mitsubishi's compact SUV, a roomy five-seater with an optional third row in some trims. It's not quick, but the ride is smooth and the steering is light, making it easy to maneuver around town. The cabin is straightforward and practical, with plenty of space for five adults and their gear. Second-row seats fold flat to open up a large cargo area, and some trims add a third row for extra passengers. The LE is the mid-range trim of the Outlander, adding alloy wheels and a power driver's seat over the base ES while skipping the GT's V6 and AWD. Its 2.4L I4 makes 166 horsepower and pairs with an automatic transmission and front-wheel drive, which is fine for daily driving but feels strained on steep grades.
