Miles Overview
The Lancer Evolution is Mitsubishi's performance sedan, the one with the big rear wing and the rally-bred reputation. The steering is quick and precise, and the chassis stays flat through fast bends, though the ride is firm. Inside, the cabin is snug and driver-focused, with supportive Recaro seats and a simple, purposeful layout. The Evolution is the top Lancer, with a 2.0L I4, a five-speed manual, and the full rally-bred all-wheel-drive system that defines the car. That 2.0L I4 makes 291 horsepower and 300 lb-ft of torque, and the all-wheel drive lets you put it down early out of corners, though you'll pay at the pump with 19 mpg combined.
