Miles Overview
The Lancer is Mitsubishi's compact sedan, a straightforward pick if you're after a simple, affordable daily driver. It handles predictably and feels nimble around town, though the steering is on the heavy side at low speeds. The ride is generally smooth and quiet, but you'll notice some wind noise on the highway. The cabin is roomy enough for a small family, though the trunk is modest and the center console is low. The ES is the value pick in the Lancer lineup, with the GT leaning sportier and costing a few thousand more. This one pairs a 2.4L I4 with automatic transmission and all-wheel drive, giving you sure-footed traction in rain or snow without the usual fuel penalty at 26 mpg combined.
