Miles Overview
The 2016 i-MiEV is Mitsubishi's all-electric city hatchback, one of the earliest affordable EVs on the market. It's happiest on surface streets, where its tight turning circle and small footprint make parking and navigating traffic easy. The cabin is straightforward and functional, with cloth seats and basic controls that keep things simple. Cargo space is limited behind the rear seats, so this is best as a commuter or second car for short errands. Its electric motor makes 66 horsepower and 145 lb-ft of torque, driving the rear wheels through a continuously variable automatic (CVT) for smooth, quiet acceleration around town.
