2018 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter-Class 2500

The Sprinter is Mercedes-Benz's full-size work van, the one you see hauling cargo and shuttling people across the country. It drives like a big van, with a commanding view over traffic and a turning radius that surprises you in tight lots. The cabin is utilitarian but well built, with plenty of storage nooks and a straightforward layout that's easy to live with daily. You can get it as a cargo van or a passenger van, and the tall roof options let you stand up inside while loading. The 2500 is the entry-level Sprinter, and most buyers pick it for the lower starting price over the 3500, though you give up some payload capacity. The standard wood floor with six D-rings makes securing cargo straightforward, and the 270-degree rear doors are a real help when loading in tight spaces.
