2024 Tesla Model Y Long Range

The Model Y is Tesla's compact SUV, the one most families cross-shop against the Ford Mustang Mach-E and the Volkswagen ID.4. It drives with the instant response you expect from a Tesla, and the low battery weight keeps the body flat through corners. Inside, the cabin is minimalist and airy, with a panoramic glass roof and a big central touchscreen controlling nearly everything. Cargo space is generous for the class, with a hatchback opening and a front trunk adding to the versatility. The Long Range swaps the base model's single motor for all-wheel drive, giving you better traction in rain or snow without stepping up to the Performance. You can add Tesla's third-row seat option to the Long Range, a rare feature in this class that makes it a six- or seven-seater.
