2024 Tesla Model X Long Range

The Model X is Tesla's big electric SUV, the one with the falcon-wing doors that make getting into the third row feel like an event. It drives with a low center of gravity thanks to the battery pack, so it feels planted and surprisingly agile for something this size. Inside, the cabin is airy and minimalist, with a huge touchscreen controlling almost everything and plenty of room for seven. The falcon-wing doors are cool, but they need extra clearance above the car, so they can be a hassle in low garages. With 670 horsepower from its electric motor and all-wheel drive, this Model X moves hard enough to pin you in the seat without the Plaid's tire-shredding drama. The Long Range's standard air suspension lets you raise the ride height for snow or lower it for highway efficiency, and it's the only trim that comes with the smaller 20-inch wheels for a quieter ride.
