Miles Overview
The CX-50 is Mazda's rugged-styled compact crossover, slotting between the CX-5 and CX-30 with a wider stance and more adventurous look. It takes on the Honda CR-V, Toyota RAV4, and Subaru Forester, but with sharper steering and a more premium cabin than any of them. The CX-50 feels planted and eager through corners, with quick, precise steering that makes it the most engaging drive in its class. The ride is firm and controlled, which pays off in handling but means you'll feel sharper bumps more than in softer rivals. Inside, the cabin uses high-quality materials and a clean design, with comfortable seats and a straightforward infotainment system. The Premium Plus sits near the top of the hybrid CX-50 lineup, adding ventilated front seats and a Bose 12-speaker system that the Premium doesn't give you. This trim's 20-inch wheels with black metallic finish fill the arches nicely and match the rugged look, though the ride is firmer than on the 17-inch sets.
