Miles Overview
The S60 is Volvo's compact luxury sedan, the one that goes up against the BMW 3 Series and Audi A4. It's a calm, quiet cruiser that feels more at home on the highway than on a twisty back road. The ride is smooth and the cabin stays hushed at speed, though the suspension is on the soft side and body roll shows up in corners. Inside, you get a clean Scandinavian dashboard with a large touchscreen, plus plenty of room for four adults. The T8 Inscription adds genuine leather upholstery and wood inlays over the R-Design's more aggressive look, leaning into luxury instead of sport. Its 2.0L I4 plug-in hybrid and electric motors combine for 313 horsepower, letting you drive about 20 miles on electricity alone before the gas engine joins in. This trim's optional four-corner air suspension smooths out rough pavement noticeably, but it replaces the standard coil springs only if you check the box.
