Miles Overview
The Savana is GMC's full-size van, a workhorse built for hauling people or cargo in a straightforward, no-frills package. It drives like a proper full-size van: a commanding view over traffic, a firm ride, and steering that's direct but not sporty. The cabin is utilitarian, with hard plastics and simple controls, but it's roomy and easy to clean, which is what a work van should be. You can get it as a cargo van, a passenger van, or a cutaway chassis for upfitting, so it adapts to almost any job. The 3500 is the heavy-duty choice for buyers who need maximum payload and towing capacity over the lighter 2500. It comes with a 6.0L V8 and an automatic transmission, giving you strong low-end grunt for hauling heavy loads.
