Miles Overview
The 2022 CR-V is Honda's compact SUV, offered with front- or all-wheel drive and a hybrid option across six trims. It competes with the Toyota RAV4, Nissan Rogue, and Mazda CX-5, standing out for its spacious interior. The CR-V drives with a composed, car-like feel, and its steering is light but accurate around town. The ride is smooth and absorbent over most surfaces, though the suspension can feel firm on sharp bumps. Cargo space is generous for the class, and the rear seats fold flat to expand the load area. The Touring is the top CR-V trim, adding leather seats, a power tailgate, and a moonroof over the EX-L. Its 1.5L I4 makes 190 horsepower and pairs with a CVT and all-wheel drive, returning 29 mpg combined on regular fuel. Only the Touring gets 19-inch wheels, rain-sensing wipers, and a wireless phone charger as standard.
